Dr. Judith Meriwether, DVM, is a veterinarian at Southwest Florida Veterinary Specialists in Bonita Springs who has a special interest in Emergency Medicine and trauma research.

Judith Meriwether is originally from Western Michigan. She is a 2001 graduate of the University of California, Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. Her main professional interests in Emergency Medicine and trauma research developed shortly thereafter as an Army Vet.
She practiced in the greater D.C., Seattle, and Kansas City areas before finally settling down in Los Alamos, NM.
In her free time, she is an enthusiastic lifelong student of yoga, biostatistics, and long distance running. Her family is suspicious of the subtropical environment and is working hard to comprehend this much water, oxygen, and sunshine in one place. Her dog is fully accepting of the situation and thinks Florida is his forever home.
